Additionally, our reception area ensures a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment you walk in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We reserve this time especially for you and understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Please note that cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. This helps us manage our schedule and offer openings to other clients.
